HARASSMENT, INTIMIDATION & BULLYING POLICY
During the first two years of implementation of the Anti-Bullying of Rights Act, our school district has made progress in addressing and improving harassment, intimidation, and bullying and the school climate and culture by participating in trainings, webinars, and activities hosted by our sending districts as well as Warren County Special Services School District.
While completing this year’s Self-Assessment, we learned that our school district has demonstrated strengths in: Quality HIB Staff Trainings, Accurate Reporting Procedures, Keeping Up-to-Date Policies, and Hosting Timely Investigations.
The Self-Assessment tool also helped our school district to identify areas for improvement such as converging the active participation of WCSSSD School Safety Team members with current host district Teams.
