PUBLIC NOTICE: Next BOE Meeting July 8, 2025 at 5:30pm
2025-2026 PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Payment is required by the dates listed below to remain actively enrolled in the program. Your payment serves as your reenrollment for the upcoming month. If payment is not received by the due date listed, it will be treated as your request to disenroll from the program, and we will begin the process of filling your vacated seat in the program from the waiting list.
If you are experiencing circumstances that are making it difficult to follow this schedule, please reach out to us to discuss how we can work with you.
September's payment is due in full on July 15 so that we can confirm enrollments prior to the start of the school year, and if necessary, reach out to the waiting list to fill vacated or unclaimed seats prior to the start of the school year. If this timing presents a financial hardship to you, please contact us to discuss an alternative payment plan.
We also recognize that as we start up the beforecare program, that the first July 15 due date may not be realistic - we will advise via email of the adjusted date.
NOTE 1: this is applicable to beforecare only - aftercare payments must till be received by July 15 to lock in your child's place for September.
NOTE 2: the fee for beforecare is currently preliminary, pending final review and approval by the WCSSSD BOE.
